Towels don't need measuring either - the "right" size just depends on what you're using it for. Here's a simple breakdown based on what we actually stock.
This is the size most households picture when they say "bath towel" - large enough to wrap around and dry off properly, rather than patting down with something smaller. Our myTrident Home Essential cotton bath towels come in this size.
Our Madrasi-style cotton towels are 30x60 inches - the most commonly used towel size in Indian households. They're light, dry quickly (useful in humid weather), and work well for daily bathing, not just as a hand towel.
We don't stock a separate, smaller-cut face towel - in practice, most households use the same 30x60 inch Madrasi towel (or a bath towel folded over) for both hands and face, which is exactly why it's our best-selling size. If you want something smaller and dedicated, our cleaning towels below work in a pinch, though they're made for surfaces rather than skin.
Our microfiber cleaning towels are a smaller 12x16 inches, meant specifically for wiping surfaces, glass and spills - keep these separate from towels you use on your body, since microfiber cleaning cloths are usually treated differently and washed apart from personal towels. We also stock a microfiber cleaning glove for the same jobs.

Wash cotton towels in warm water for the first wash to set the colour, avoid fabric softener (it reduces absorbency over time), and air dry or tumble dry on low. Bath towels hold more moisture than the smaller sizes, so give them a full sun-dry or a longer tumble cycle to avoid a musty smell.
